I found out about Empower to Employ at a time when I felt completely lost — a new country, new challenges, and no idea where to begin. Looking back now, I realize it was one of the most important steps in my life.
The program gave me so much more than I expected. It wasn’t just about learning how to adapt my CV or prepare for interviews — it helped me believe in myself again. The sessions with the psychologist helped me break through internal barriers, and the support from the team and other participants gave me the feeling that I wasn’t alone.
Thanks to this renewed confidence, I not only found a job but also dared to pursue a long-time dream — I started a non-profit organization in Luxembourg.
