When I first heard about the Empower to Employ program, I was skeptical — I thought it would be just another training that wouldn’t really change anything. But from the very first module, it became clear that this was something different.
What I personally appreciated the most was the practicality — no fluff, just useful content: how to adapt a CV to local standards, how to handle interviews, how to communicate with employers. Many things that seemed minor at first turned out to be crucial.
Another valuable aspect was connecting with other participants — people from different backgrounds but facing similar challenges. That really brings you together.
