This project was the starting point of my employment journey.
I had neither a CV nor any knowledge about the labour market in Luxembourg. I didn’t know how to present my skills and strengths correctly, or how to behave during interviews.
During the project, I created a LinkedIn profile, wrote my CV and have already been successfully sending it out, registered with ADEM and started participating in their programmes.
The lectures on using LinkedIn and AI, soft skills, Luxembourgish legislation, and CV writing were extremely valuable. During the workshop with the psychologist, I once again worked through my impostor syndrome — it’s always necessary!
It was also very interesting and inspiring to hear the stories of people who have already started their own businesses here.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to conduct my first training here — it was an experience, another line in my CV, and new communication.
Of course, it is no less important that I found new acquaintances, useful and pleasant contacts through this project.
And most importantly, this project is charitable, which deserves deep respect! I sincerely thank every speaker and organiser for their tremendous work and for making it easier for us to integrate.
