Olha is a Senior Associate in Compliance at PANDOO Management. She has experience in AML/CFT, regulatory reporting, ESG topics, and internal compliance processes.
With a background in both compliance and legal administration, Olha has worked on risk analysis, policy development, and legal support for corporate governance. She holds Master’s degrees in Law from the University of Passau and Taras Shevchenko University, and is currently completing the RC Capacity Certificate for the Funds Industry in Luxembourg. Fluent in German, English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Olha brings strong cross-border legal expertise and a structured, hands-on approach to mentoring.
