Oleksandr has over 18 years of experience in financial reporting, control, and audit, including 5 years in Luxembourg. As a Senior Finance Manager at Vistra Luxembourg’s Private Equity division, he leads a team delivering financial and investor reporting services for regulated and unregulated private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Oleksandr brings strong expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, fund structures, and serves as a board member for several Luxembourg-based companies. He holds Master’s degrees in Accounting and Audit, and in Wealth Management.
