Anna is a Legal Manager at Alter Domus Luxembourg and an ILA-certified professional (2025). With over 12 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, she has advised international and domestic companies on complex M&A transactions, corporate finance, private placements, capital markets, and corporate governance matters. Her previous roles include PwC Legal Ukraine, Baker & McKenzie, and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. She contributed to developing Ukraine’s first Corporate Governance Code and has advised both private and state-owned enterprises on legal and regulatory matters. She is a certified Corporate Secretary and Securities Trader, and leads the International Law Committee at the Ukrainian Bar Association.
